Easy Cook — Terms of Use

Effective date: 7 August 2026

1. Acceptance

By using Easy Cook you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app for your own non-commercial cooking use.

3. Subscriptions (Premium)

Premium unlocks step-by-step cooking instructions with timers. Subscriptions are auto-renewable and offered as monthly or yearly options; the exact price and period are shown in the app before you buy.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID / Google account at confirmation.
• The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store / Google Play account settings.
• Refunds are handled by Apple/Google under their policies; we cannot issue store refunds.

4. Content disclaimer

Recipes, nutrition figures and tips are provided for general informational purposes. Always check ingredients for your own allergens and dietary needs. We are not responsible for the results of preparing or consuming any dish.

5. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the app, attempt to disrupt it, or use it unlawfully.

6. Disclaimer and liability

The app is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the app.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means acceptance.

Easy Cook — Условия использования

1. Принятие условий

Используя Easy Cook, вы соглашаетесь с этими Условиями. Если вы не согласны — не используйте приложение.

2. Лицензия

Мы предоставляем вам личную, неисключительную, непередаваемую лицензию на использование приложения для собственных некоммерческих целей.

3. Подписки (Премиум)

Премиум открывает пошаговые инструкции с таймерами. Подписки автопродлеваемые, предлагаются помесячно или на год; точная цена и период показываются в приложении до покупки.

• Оплата списывается с вашего Apple ID / аккаунта Google при подтверждении.
• Подписка продлевается автоматически, если не отменить её не позднее чем за 24 часа до конца текущего периода.
• Управлять подпиской и отменять её можно в настройках аккаунта App Store / Google Play.
• Возвраты обрабатываются Apple/Google по их правилам; мы не можем сделать возврат через магазин.

4. Оговорка о контенте

Рецепты, данные о КБЖУ и советы предоставляются в общих информационных целях. Всегда проверяйте ингредиенты на свои аллергены и диетические ограничения. Мы не отвечаем за результаты приготовления или употребления блюд.

5. Допустимое использование

Не злоупотребляйте приложением, не пытайтесь нарушить его работу и не используйте его незаконно.

6. Отказ от гарантий и ответственность

Приложение предоставляется «как есть», без каких-либо гарантий. В максимально допустимой законом степени мы не несём ответственности за косвенный или случайный ущерб от использования приложения.

7. Изменения

Мы можем обновлять эти Условия; продолжение использования после изменений означает согласие.

Easy Cook — Condiciones de uso

1. Aceptación

Al usar Easy Cook aceptas estas Condiciones. Si no estás de acuerdo, no uses la aplicación.

2. Licencia

Te concedemos una licencia personal, no exclusiva e intransferible para usar la aplicación con fines propios y no comerciales.

3. Suscripciones (Premium)

Premium desbloquea las instrucciones paso a paso con temporizadores. Las suscripciones son de renovación automática y se ofrecen por meses o por año; el precio exacto y el periodo se muestran en la aplicación antes de la compra.

• El pago se carga a tu Apple ID / cuenta de Google al confirmar.
• La suscripción se renueva automáticamente salvo que la canceles al menos 24 horas antes del final del periodo en curso.
• Puedes gestionarla o cancelarla cuando quieras en los ajustes de tu cuenta de App Store / Google Play.
• Los reembolsos los gestionan Apple/Google según sus normas; nosotros no podemos hacer reembolsos a través de la tienda.

4. Advertencia sobre el contenido

Las recetas, los valores nutricionales y los consejos se ofrecen con fines informativos generales. Comprueba siempre los ingredientes según tus alérgenos y tus restricciones alimentarias. No respondemos por el resultado de preparar o consumir ningún plato.

5. Uso aceptable

No abuses de la aplicación, no intentes interrumpir su funcionamiento y no la uses de forma ilegal.

6. Exención de garantías y responsabilidad

La aplicación se ofrece «tal cual», sin garantías de ningún tipo. En la máxima medida permitida por la ley, no somos responsables de los daños indirectos o incidentales derivados del uso de la aplicación.

7. Cambios

Podemos actualizar estas Condiciones; seguir usando la aplicación tras los cambios implica su aceptación.
